Massat has been serving French companies in the United States and Mexico since 1980.  He is a French Expert Comptable as well as an American CPA.  His definition of himself is the one of a pioneer or a trailblazer for being amongst other things, one of the very first French CPAs to open office in New York and certainly the first foreign CPA to open an independent CPA firm in Mexico right after the signature of the NAFTA agreement.

        Besides his professional activities, he has been advisor to the United Nations in the field of Finance exams, and remains very involved in the activities of the French community abroad: Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Government, Director of the French American Chamber of Commerce in New York, member and former director of the French Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Mexico, member of the French American Chamber of Commerce in Miami, founding member and former President of the Club 600 chapters of New York and Mexico.
